The Hancock Trophy - Oct 10
Flixton Golf Club welcomed the MDGA, and all the players entered into The Hancock Trophy. Course and weather conditions looked perfect for a great day.
Congratulations to Carol Brady and Barry Jackson who won the Hancock Trophy on Sunday at Flixton GC. A combined handicap of 6 strokes having never competed as a pair before but managed to win the Trophy. Well done

Remembering Mr. Flixton Golf Club Oct 22
On October 22 we honoured the life of Paul Gorman with a club competition and after-party.
Paul Gorman was ‘Mr. Flixton Golf Club,’ and his presence in the club is missed every day. With his death immediately preceding the pandemic, we have been unable to honour his life and contribution to our Golf Club until now.

Vacancy
We are looking to hire several bar staff (over 18 only) who can work during busy events & functions.
The job will be an ideal second job to boost your income without any obligations of regular shifts.
We will pay £10 per hour to compensate for no fixed / regular hours because we are looking for relief staff to help out only at our busiest functions.
This means that the successful candidates will have no obligations to work any shifts. So you can simply earn extra money at times when it suits you most, without the obligation of working regularly.
